What is osteopathy?

Sarahjane best describes her work as an osteopath as that of a body mechanic.  Seeking to find solutions to improve function and structure increasing adaptability, efficiency and effectiveness to relieve pain, stressors and mal-adaptations.  Sarahjane looks for ways to encourage wholeness, balance, health and healing.

About Sarahjane

Sarahjane O’Leary studied in England qualifying as a Master of Osteopathy in 2012 at the British School of Osteopathy, London (now University College of Osteopathy) which is the largest osteopathic school in the UK.  

Sarahjane brings a wealth of experience and is highly skilled in numerous osteopathic techniques and has also undertaken numerous post graduate qualifications including The Perrin Technique, dry needling, Mulligan Technique, hypnosis for pain and relaxation, and instrument assisted techniques – to name a but a few. 

Sarahjane treats all manner of pain and injuries from head to toe and in fact a frequent comment of hers is:  the cause of the pain is often found elsewhere in the body.
